I've seen my fair share of books
I've grasped how much I don't know
And approximated for convenience
Where the greater good called for it
Over the miniscule and insignificant.
What use is this knowledge when I can see the suffering
How easy it is to stop the madness and catastrophe
But I know enough of life that is not in a book
That there will be no change in the way of the world
And I will have to face the guns alone.
I am cursed to see out of my Department of Ivory
I am the sacrificial fowl before the altar of ignorance
My books are paper and paper burns
And if the students of the world are replaced
With robots that serve the same monetary value
Ideas will burn with the books.

"Educate, Agitate, Organize" is an old slogan. However there's a difference between getting a degree and Education. Those who are Educated have to Educate themselves outside the system, in order to fight the system. When nobody joins them, they burn alone, in the hopes that their flames will bring a little light in a dark night.
