Things die and decay. However, you can't build things on decay, however it may appear, much like the "fairy ring" of mushrooms; the shock and horror of a forest fire eliminates decay and gives the trees a new lease of life and freedom. For similar reasons, the Fire of London ended the Bubonic Plague. Life is paradoxical and Allah moves in mysterious ways.
