The monsoon winds planted a big wet smack on the cheeks of the Earth
In came the rain, clapping its hands in delight
With a silver rose water sprinkler, conducting an orchestra of green in thunderous symphony
A beryllium firecracker inside nature's kaleidoscope.
Trip-wires of finest gossamer all about
The farewell of the Sun and the familiar napthalene
The dust subdued into well behaved mud-pools
The battered brave umbrellas teachers tsking mutely
The winter chills padding up and swatting the air in anticipation.

VIDEO: The Pervert's Guide to Ideology - Zizek on "Ode to Joy", 2013, Fiennes & Zizek.
A sister poem to "Scream", I tried to write the happiest poem I could. Like the last time I tried this, I don't know if it come across as nice or it comes across as deranged.
